14 Huron Street is set to become Auckland’s North Shore’s first major build-to-rent development - a slender tower of 358 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments on the former Gasometer site in the heart of Takapuna. Delivered with McConnell Property and moments from Takapuna Beach and the town centre, it will offer professionally managed rental homes with panoramic views across the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto, targeting Green Star and Homestar sustainability ratings.

Construction is scheduled to commence in 2027, with the community due to open in 2030.
