Our Approach

Three Pillars of Sustainability

Cedar Pacific appreciates the acute interest in ESG factors by stakeholders - investors, tenants, suppliers, regulators and the broader community - and their right to understand how its business affects them.

Pillar 1
Environmental
We reduce environmental impact across our portfolio through energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction and targeting net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. We integrate sustainable design and green building standards into all new developments.
Pillar 2
Social
We create thriving communities for residents by prioritising tenant wellbeing, safety and experience. We partner only with companies that promote good employment practices including adopting an anti-modern slavery procurement chain across our supply base.
Pillar 3
Governance
Cedar Pacific is committed to effective corporate governance underpinned by organisational culture, trust, fairness and accountability. Our Corporate Governance Framework is informed by the ASX Corporate Governance Principles & Recommendations 4th edition 2019.
